How it Works

As a potential Client you can telephone our offices direct or simply e-mail us.

We will then progress to the next stage where a Dedicated Area Manager will arrange a mutually convenient time to arrange a meeting with you.
Housesitting is very much a Personal aspect, and our Area Manager will have a List of the type of Services we have to offer, these include numerous facilities that are designed to make life a little easier whatever your situation.

Once we have established your requirements these are forwarded to head office where a detailed specification for your housesitting requirements and other work/s will be provided to you along with a quotation.

When the detailed specification/quotation are found to be satisfactory we will then ensure that the agreed dates and times are covered by our Housesitting personnel.

Upon your return we will ensure that the specification agreed has been achieved,
That any additional works have been carried out to the highest standards, and where applicable, your pets have been cared for well. In your absence one of our directors will have visited your property to ensure that Citizen Housesitters is performing to our exacting standards. We obviously would appreciate your views on our housesitting service upon your return.
